And remember, anything MacDonald’s can do, you can do better. And cheaper. And not have to eat off of paper.

This is a homemade sausage biscuit with Morning Star vegetarian sausage.

    Ha! Frank does a fried/scrambled egg with pre-cooked bacon on semi-toasted bread every morning. I do a can of tuna in olive oil, a can of low-sodium V-8 juice and toasted almonds for next to nothing. Maybe some left-over coleslaw or potato salad. Mmm.
