It used to be newspaper Atex or SII systems. Then it was email. This year it&#8217;s the blog&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Goose-Girl<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Spring rides no horses down the hill,<br \/>\nBut comes on foot, a goose-girl still.<br \/>\nAnd all the loveliest things there be<br \/>\nCome simply, so, it seems to me.<br \/>\nIf ever I said, in grief or pride,<br \/>\nI tired of honest things, I lied:<br \/>\nAnd should be cursed forevermore<br \/>\nWith Love in laces, like a whore,<br \/>\nAnd neighbours cold, and friends unsteady,<br \/>\nAnd Spring on horseback, like a lady!<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8212; Edna St. Vincent Millay<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Edna St. Vincent Millay, 1914.
