While exploring a bit this morning on the other side of Madison, I came across this unattended self-service tomato stand — weigh them yourself and leave the money in the box. I came away with three pounds of tomatoes and some photos. I wish there were places like this closer to me.

This is exactly why I am moving to Asheville NC!! People still live by the honor system and treat people the way they want to be treated… Complete strangers stop to help if they see someone in distress.. In South Florida they just slow down to get a better look at what’s happening instead of offering a helping hand. That produce wouldnt last 10 minutes in South Florida let alone the money box!!!!!
