Can you espy the cat? The photo was taken at dusk as I was returning from shutting up the chickens. Lily doesn’t like it when I go out of the house and leave her.
Solution below.
She’s standing on her hind legs with her paws on the windowsill.

How sweet is that??? True love that’s for sure… Does she still go outside? I know you didnt let her out while Ken was there with worries she may not come back with the changes of having a long term visitor? I love the look of the Abby in the dark with the lights on… Very cool… It’s sad that Ken is having such an issue with the apartment building tenants.. If they only would have introduced themselves to him and addressed him directly I’m sure that would have put their worries to rest but unfortunatly that’s not the way the world is evolving today…. Sad sign of the times….. I enjoy Ken’s blog as well… I started to read it after you posted his link on your site… What an incrediable man for such a young age… His parents should be beaming with pride to have raised such a well rounded person… A job well done…
Ken is amazing. He is so optimistic and enthusiastic that sometimes I feel downright curmudgeonly by comparison. He says he thinks they’ll be able to come to a quiet agreement over the van. He is refusing to move. I haven’t let Lily out for several months. She’s adjusted to that, and I worry a lot less about her.
I’m so happy to hear that they may come to an agreement… I love the fact that he refused to move… What else did they expect from a Duke student… You don’t get into Duke without a backbone!! LOL… I would be worried as well about Lily roaming around in the elements… You just never know what the critters around the Abby might have in mind for her…. Garden looks awesome….. So does the pie!!!!
