Triplets, all hungry

Have pity on this poor mama deer. She has three hungry mouths to feed. Of course, that’s my grass they’re eating. The grass that grows over the septic tank drain field also keeps Mr. Groundhog fat.

Wow, I’ve never seen triplets before! here in southern Illinois we seem to have an abundance of mink this year, and I have also seen turkeys with babies. I’ve seen plenty of adult turkeys but never babies. It never gets old. oh, and an eagle nested nearby, and I saw it flying around with 2 juveniles.

I’ve never seen triplets either. It sounds like you’re as overrun with critters as I am. I don’t think we have mink here … at least I hope not.
