Watching a bewildering world from the middle of nowhere
The last one is a tufted titmouse. Wonderful photos, as always.
nuthatches are a little smaller than that, and creep up and down the trunk of a tree. their call always reminds me of how Snoopy’s bird friend Woodstock sound in the Peanuts tv specials that were on when I was a kid, back in the 1900s.
